「KIMONO×DANCE PROJECT（以下簡稱 KDP）」的主辦單位「KIMONO DANCE JAPAN」株式會社（總公司：東京都世田谷區，代表取締役：新川綾乃、小泉妙子）於 2026 年 3 月 13 日（五）至 15 日（日）在美國夏威夷州舉辦的、夏威夷最大規模的文化交流活動「檀香山藝術節」上進行了演出。
透過舞蹈表演推廣「傳統與創新」的日本文化
「KIMONO×DANCE PROJECT（以下簡稱 KDP）」自 2021 年成立以來，便以「傳統與創新」為主題，身著由舊和服升級再造的服裝，跳著街舞、爵士舞等近現代舞蹈，呈現出獨特的日本文化表演。
自 2024 年起，KDP 將活動拓展至海外，曾在 JAPAN EXPO Paris、MANGA BARCELONA 等地演出。並於 2026 年 3 月，參與了迎來 30 週年的「檀香山藝術節」。
在會場上，KDP 演出了包括使用動畫歌曲，如劇場版《怪～ayakashi～ 化貓》唐傘篇主題曲「LoveSick」的表演，以及與和風表演團體「桜魁」的合作演出等，為活動增添了不少熱鬧氣氛。

關於「檀香山藝術節」
檀香山藝術節（Honolulu Festival）創立於 1995 年，是一個以夏威夷與環太平洋地區文化交流為目的的國際性活動。每年三月舉辦，透過夏威夷會議中心文化體驗、阿拉莫阿那中心等地的表演、威基基的盛大遊行以及長岡花火施放等多元節目，為當地居民及來自世界各地的訪客提供一個接觸日本、夏威夷乃至太平洋地區文化的平台。
