This time, we ordered the new Pasta Bowl menu item, available from April!
This is a voluminous, evolved pasta served in an edible bowl made from pizza dough, with three types on the menu: Mentaiko Cream Pasta, Burrata Cheese Pasta, and Carbonara Pasta!
Each pasta serving is for 2-3 people, and eating the pizza dough makes you quite full, so sharing is essential!
If you add extra toppings, you can get plenty of prosciutto and cheese on the pizza dough bowl, so if you want to enjoy the entire delicious vessel, it might be a good idea to add them!
They were all delicious, but personally, the Burrata Cheese Pasta Bowl, topped with a whole rich burrata cheese on bolognese, was my favorite!
The Pasta Bowl is a reservation-only menu item, so be sure to make a reservation before you go!
