Training Facility Achieves 90.9% Weekday Utilization Rate with 1,313 Total Users Over 8 Months

Nihon Kanzai Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Shintaro Fukuda; hereinafter "the Company"), which engages in building management, commercial facility operation, residential management, and real estate fund management, has summarized the initial performance of its expanded training facility, "Growth Square," for the eight-month period from April 16 to December 15, 2025.

During this period, the facility achieved an average weekday utilization rate of 90.9%, with a total of 1,313 users. Post-training surveys recorded an average understanding score of 4.3 and an average satisfaction score of 4.5 (both out of 5). The facility functions as a hub for enhancing employee expertise, offering training for new hires, skill development for existing staff, and certification preparation courses.

About Growth Square

In October 2024, the Nihon Kanzai Group expanded and relocated its training facility to strengthen its human resource development system. Subsequently, in April 2025, a corporate museum was opened on the same floor to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.

These integrated facilities are collectively known as "Growth Square," designed to function in organic coordination.

Measuring Effectiveness

This report aims to confirm the initial effectiveness of the facility as a human resource development hub by analyzing usage, training content, and participant evaluations following the expansion and relocation.

The evaluation period covers eight months, from April 16, 2025, to December 15, 2025, marking the start of operations for the integrated "Growth Square" following the opening of the corporate museum in April 2025.

Data was compiled based on reception logs and training reports from the Nihon Kanzai Quality Control Center and the Nihon Kanzai Security Operations Supervision Office.

During the target period, there were 1,313 total users, with an average utilization rate of 90.9% on weekdays and 22.5% on weekends and holidays. Participants included 331 in facility, cleaning, and reception roles; 724 in security; and 258 in other special education and practical courses.
