Chef Kisao Nonaga of Nihonbashi Yukari

PROFILE
Third-generation head chef of "Nihonbashi Yukari," a prestigious long-established restaurant whose family has been granted access to the Imperial Household Agency for three generations. After graduating from Hattori Nutrition College, he joined "Kikunoi Co., Ltd." and trained under owner Yoshihiro Murata. In 2002, he won the overall championship in the "Iron Chef JAPAN CUP." At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, he participated as part of Team JAPAN in an event where visitors could experience a new world of taste. Currently, he is active in various fields, including media appearances and overseas activities.

Nitobe Bunka Gakuen, a school corporation, has a comprehensive partnership agreement with the All Japan Food Academy and is promoting various collaborations.

The theme for this session is "Cold Start is Good!" Limited to 30 early bird reservations.

 How to cook easily, efficiently, beautifully, and deliciously?
 Learn techniques to turn everyday ingredients and menus into exceptional feasts.

 The keyword? Yes, "Cold Start is Good!" 

A time-saving and safe cooking method that starts heating after adding ingredients!

Menu: ◎Tonjiru (Pork Miso Soup) ◎Chicken Teriyaki ◎Donabe Gohan (Clay Pot Rice)  ◎Spring Cabbage, Mini Tomatoes

 Experience the master's techniques up close. Acquire the essence of cooking through demonstration + practice!

 Participants will also cook Tonjiru and Chicken Teriyaki!

On the day, in addition to various lectures, participants will actually cook Tonjiru and Chicken Teriyaki. *Photos are for illustrative purposes only.

Nitobe Bunka Gakuen (School Corporation)

Founded in 1927, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2027.

The first principal was Dr. Inazo Nitobe.

Opened as the "Women's Economic Vocational School" with the aim of empowering women to play active roles in society.

Currently, it is a comprehensive educational institution comprising a children's garden, elementary school, junior high school/high school, junior college, and after-school programs.
