PROFILE
Third-generation head chef of "Nihonbashi Yukari," a prestigious long-established restaurant whose family has been granted access to the Imperial Household Agency for three generations. After graduating from Hattori Nutrition College, he joined "Kikunoi Co., Ltd." and trained under owner Yoshihiro Murata. In 2002, he won the overall championship in the "Iron Chef JAPAN CUP." At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, he participated as part of Team JAPAN in an event where visitors could experience a new world of taste. Currently, he is active in various fields, including media appearances and overseas activities.

The theme for this session is "Cold Start is Good!" Limited to 30 early bird reservations.

Nitobe Bunka Gakuen (School Corporation)

Founded in 1927, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2027.
The first principal was Dr. Inazo Nitobe.
Opened as the "Women's Economic Vocational School" with the aim of empowering women to play active roles in society.
