## Background of the Launch

## Profile of Fumitaka Kohiruimaki
A former police inspector and international investigator at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, now a Security Strategy Analyst. A specialist who has spent 30 years on the front lines of crisis management. After joining the Tokyo Metropolitan Police in 1993, he worked in the bomb disposal unit, as a Chinese interpreter investigator, and as an international investigator. He participated in numerous investigations into major crimes, including murder, robbery, and kidnapping. Since retiring in 2023, he has been active in lecturing, writing, and media appearances to give back his practical experience to society.
