Background of This Program

In recent years, various regional issues have become apparent across Japan, driven by declining birthrates and an aging population, including challenges in childcare, education, healthcare/welfare, and the maintenance of local communities.

On the other hand, there are increasing cases where startups and entrepreneurs rooted in local communities are tackling these issues using technology and new service models. However, for many startups, "social implementation" and "expansion to other regions" beyond demonstration and commercialization pose significant hurdles. Furthermore, even when issues appear unique to each region, they often share common underlying structures. Solutions developed in one region hold the potential to address regional challenges nationwide.

The Company's corporate mission is "To weave the future from questions that consider individuals," and we have been creating businesses and services that address the challenges faced by individuals and society.

Through co-creation with startups, entrepreneurs, and researchers who are addressing regional issues, this Program aims to shape the questions and solutions born from local communities into businesses and drive their social implementation.
