Nishitetsu Group established the new company NNR GSP Inc. in the United States on March 3, 2026, and commenced operations on April 1, aiming to further accelerate its global strategy in the international logistics business and achieve mid- to long-term sustainable growth. With the mission of being the "Engine of Growth" for the group, the company will facilitate and expand the international logistics business by making rapid and precise decisions across countries and regions.

The company will oversee existing Japanese and overseas bases responsible for cargo transportation operations. It will serve as a core organization for sales and procurement targeting large global shippers (Global Accounts, hereinafter referred to as "GA*") that operate globally, handling bidding, and optimizing logistics routes and procurement. Furthermore, it will formulate strategies to increase overall handling volume for the group and strengthen collaboration among various departments to promote a consistent sales approach.

Traditionally, the sales system was decentralized, with each Japanese and overseas base individually responding to cargo origination and destination. With the establishment of this new company, GAs will be able to transact through a unified GSP contact point regardless of cargo origination and destination, allowing for one-stop ordering of cargo transportation.

Nishitetsu Group will continue to enhance its competitiveness in the international logistics industry and achieve sustainable growth for the group.
