Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. Establishes Local Subsidiary in Vietnam to Further Strengthen Overseas Real Estate Development Business

Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") established a local subsidiary, "NNR Properties Vietnam Co., Ltd.", in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on March 12, 2026, to promote overseas real estate development, and commenced operations on April 6.

・ Promoting Projects in Vietnam

Since participating in the Company's first overseas real estate development project in Vietnam in 2015, we have been involved in a total of 31 projects across 6 countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, India, and the United States. Among these, the real estate market in Vietnam is expected to continue growing, and the Company has positioned it as a key investment country, having established a representative office there in 2018. By upgrading this representative office to a local subsidiary and building stronger relationships with local partners, we aim to promote existing projects and acquire new ones within the country.

・ Supporting Projects in Various Asian Countries

By leveraging Vietnam's geographical advantage, we will also provide support for projects in various Asian countries, thereby realizing more efficient and meticulous operations.

The Company Group has designated the expansion of overseas real estate development as one of its key strategies in the 17th Medium-Term Management Plan, which spans three years starting from this fiscal year. We will continue to promote the expansion of our overseas real estate business and aim to expand our revenue base.
