ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. (operated by Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd., hereinafter "One Building") will celebrate its 1st anniversary on Friday, April 24, 2026. To commemorate this, an anniversary event will be held from the same day until Sunday, May 10.

One Building was born with the concept of a "Creative Intersection," a place where people, cultures, and ideas converge. To celebrate its 1st anniversary since opening, a variety of content will be offered to celebrate the milestone with all visitors.

The key visual was created by Naoto Kitamura, an artist from Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It features a dog motif, inspired by "ONE" from "One Building" and "1" (pronounced "wan," like "one") for the 1st anniversary. This visual, symbolizing the 1st anniversary, will be displayed in various locations throughout the building, and an art exhibition by Mr. Kitamura will be held in the 1st-floor Grand Lobby.

Furthermore, in addition to shopping, multiple participatory events such as art experiences and pet dog photo sessions will be held, allowing visitors to enjoy unique events only found at One Building. We will deliver a special time to celebrate the 1st anniversary with gratitude to all our visitors.
