In addition to newly constructing the entire park, the operator will consistently manage and operate it. Furthermore, in the "incidental business" included in the public offering information, the operator proposed facilities that will lead to regional revitalization and improved convenience for users, which will be developed and operated independently. Under the concept of "A park where sports, environment, and the community nurture each other and continue to grow into the future," we will build sports facilities that foster citizens' well-being and develop a lush green space that cultivates environmental awareness together with the community.
