Nikko, with 80% Domestic Share in Asphalt Plants, Holds 2026 Entrance Ceremony

Nikko Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Tomomi Nakayama; Securities Code: 6306; hereinafter "Nikko") held its 2026 entrance ceremony on April 1, 2026, welcoming 42 new employees*. For two weeks after the ceremony, new employees will acquire business etiquette and basic social skills through general training. After that, they will gain broad experience in various departments such as sales, technology, manufacturing, and administration through rotational training. And what is important in supporting those challenges is to "have an open mind." Actively absorb what those around you are trying to convey, while being aware of their intentions.

There is a saying in the world, "employees are cogs in a company," but I don't think that's a bad thing at all. Only when many cogs mesh together does a great force emerge, and the company moves forward. If even one cog is missing, someone must compensate for it, and that power must be passed on to the next generation. About Nikko's Recruitment Activities Our company places the highest priority on "human resources" as a management foundation to support sustainable growth and actively promotes investment in human capital.
