[Free Participation] 'Construction Explorers 2026': Authentic Construction Site Experience for Parents and Children

The Japan Federation of Construction Contractors (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'Nikkenren') will hold 'Construction Explorers 2026', a construction site tour for parents and children, at various locations nationwide from May 2026 to April 2027. This time, participation reservations will be accepted in two phases: the first phase and the second phase. Reservations for the first phase, covering events held from Saturday, May 23, 2026, to Saturday, November 14, 2026, will open on Monday, April 6. Reservations for the second phase, covering events held from 2027 onwards, are scheduled to open around December 2026. On the day of the event, participants will not only be able to tour construction sites that are normally inaccessible but also participate in 'Work Experience' where they can experience parts of actual construction work. The target sites vary, including roads, tunnels, schools, condominiums, and museums, and approximately 10 to 30 people can participate in each session.
