Participants master basic knowledge such as how to handle tools and measuring instruments, understanding component structures, and PLC control. Furthermore, by conducting training to acquire the latest predictive maintenance technologies based on data by monitoring the operating status of FA equipment in real-time, the content covers everything from device mechanisms to improvement methods. Through these efforts, we are cultivating maintenance personnel with high troubleshooting capabilities that do not rely on specific individuals. On the day, we will introduce the equipment we actually use and our training curriculum.

Nikken's safety education that turns knowledge into "habit" "Safety" in manufacturing sites is one of the most important themes for companies and is an item we emphasize in our training programs.
