Amidst this trend, we issued the "Human Capital Creation Report Vol.2," following last year, to let more people know about our challenges and initiatives in preparing an environment where people can work healthily and long-term toward new workstyles in the face of a declining birthrate, aging population, and workstyle reforms.

In the "Japanese manufacturing industry," where labor shortages due to a declining birthrate and aging population are becoming more severe, and the advancement of AI and DX is changing the nature of workplaces, this report focuses on how our human capital initiatives in the fields of development/design, manufacturing, and maintenance can contribute to next-generation workstyles and the future of the manufacturing industry.
This report introduces the role our company plays in the manufacturing industry along with executive interviews.
