Our company places investment in human resources (education and training) at the core of our management, with a track record of training approximately 13,700 people annually (fiscal year 2024) at 51 in-house training facilities nationwide. We particularly focus on developing and training inexperienced personnel. We view talent active in various fields transcending industry and job boundaries as "human capital," and have accumulated numerous achievements, primarily in the training of engineers.
In recent years, information disclosure regarding human capital has been progressing, particularly among listed companies. Amidst this trend, we issued the "Human Capital Creation Report Vol.2," following last year, to let more people know about our challenges and initiatives in preparing an environment where people can work healthily and long-term toward new workstyles in the face of a declining birthrate, aging population, and workstyle reforms.

In the "Japanese manufacturing industry," where labor shortages due to a declining birthrate and aging population are becoming more severe, and the advancement of AI and DX is changing the nature of workplaces, this report focuses on how our human capital initiatives in the fields of development/design, manufacturing, and maintenance can contribute to next-generation workstyles and the future of the manufacturing industry.
This report introduces the role our company plays in the manufacturing industry along with executive interviews. Furthermore, from the four perspectives of "people who develop and design things," "people who produce things," "people who protect production equipment," and "people who manage the site (resident managers)," we deliver real voices from the workplace through interviews with staff active on-site and the work-life supporters who back them up. In addition, regarding the Engineer Training Center, Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Skills Center, and Maintenance Techno Center corresponding to each area, we introduce our unique training initiatives, including pre-employment training and specialized training curriculums.
Under our unique philosophy of "Training (can do) x Education (can think) = Development Power," we have built and implemented a development scheme that "creates" talent. Through this report, please take a look at our stance of supporting the manufacturing industry with human resources.
