[Nikken Total Sourcing] Exhibiting at the 11th Manufacturing World Nagoya (April 8-10)

Nikken Total Sourcing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo), a 'Human Capital Creation Company' that views diverse talent as human capital and creates possibilities through HR solutions, will exhibit at the '11th Manufacturing World Nagoya' held at Portmesse Nagoya from April 8 (Wed) to 10 (Fri). On the day, we will focus on our strength, 'training,' and provide a booth that leads to solving customers' human resource issues from the upstream to the downstream of the manufacturing industry. Furthermore, in the corner where you can experience a part of our safety education program, you can actually experience necessary safety behaviors on-site, such as VR risk prediction, work posture, and disaster prevention. We will introduce three main pillars: maintenance engineer training, HR platform, and safety education. In the maintenance engineer training, we will reveal methods to systematically learn from the basics of mechanics, electricity, and control to DX skills utilizing IoT. In addition, the HR platform will showcase training content designed to enable even inexperienced workers to play an active role. Furthermore, in safety education, we will convey the significance of learning safety through risk simulation using VR goggles. The exhibition will be held from April 8 to 10, 2026, at Portmesse Nagoya.
