About "HR Transformation Summit 2026"

The HR Transformation Summit is a management and HR conference themed "Organizational Transformation into Social Transformation," featuring practitioners on the front lines of business and experts. Since its inaugural event in 2022, this conference, consistently hosted by Link and Motivation Inc., has focused not on HR trends but on "the potential of people and organizations," fostering deep discussions on "transformation" as a management strategy. It has welcomed over 22,000 business professionals to date.

While topics like "Human Capital Management" are gaining attention and HR-related communications are vibrant, changes in the workforce remain limited. Amidst discussions of AI rendering some human resources obsolete, we are convinced that the value of people and organizations in management will continue to grow. Against this backdrop, Nikkei Inc.'s Human Resources and Education Business Unit, recognizing the importance of this theme, has decided to co-host the event with Link and Motivation Inc.

This year's "HR Transformation Summit 2026" will feature in-depth discussions across 10 sessions with a diverse range of speakers, including Ulrike Schaede, Professor at the University of California San Diego and author of "Reinventing Japanese Business: The Disruption of the Status Quo," who is knowledgeable about Japanese corporate management, and Hidehito Takahashi, CEO of Resonac Holdings.
