Ryokan Fukusuke is a historic inn that was once popular among tourists visiting Iwayado Park. However, aging facilities and declining usage had made its continued existence difficult. Currently, Nikka Home Co., Ltd. is leading a revitalization project aimed at restoring the facility and creating new value.

This journey is being documented on the YouTube channel 'Nikka Channel,' showcasing the renovation process and the real-life challenges of business creation. The project centers on DIY and self-renovation by Nikka Home employees, striving to create a place that 'preserves the charm of an old-fashioned inn while being enjoyable for new generations.' As the first step, we are opening 'Kutsurogidokoro Fukusuke,' a self-service beverage cafe.

'Kutsurogidokoro Fukusuke' aims to be a space where visitors to the nature-rich Iwayado Park can easily stop by for a rest. The shop offers coffee and soft drinks in a self-service format. In a space filled with the warmth of Japanese design, visitors can spend a relaxing time feeling the murmuring of the river and the surrounding greenery.

At 'Fukusuke,' we are developing facilities not only for cafe operations but also for families and children to enjoy. The following contents are currently being planned and prepared:
