NIJIN Academy, an alternative school covering elementary, junior high, and high school for children refusing to attend school (operated by NIJIN Co., Ltd. / Location: Koto-ku, Tokyo / Representative: Tatsuro Hoshino), will hold a discussion event on April 27, 2026, for parents of children who refuse to attend school, featuring experienced parents.

We view school refusal not as "stagnation," but as a "preparation period" for children to protect themselves and take the next step forward. However, it is not uncommon for parents in such situations to feel anxiety and loneliness about the future.

At this discussion event, parents whose children have experienced school refusal and are currently living stable daily lives will speak. By sharing their prior experiences, we aim to help participants organize their anxieties and uncertainties, and provide an opportunity to transform the feeling of "What should I do?" into a positive conviction of "Maybe it will work out."
