At the Lobby Lounge on the 1st floor of The Tokyo Station Hotel (Location: 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), situated within the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building, we offer creative sweets and drinks featuring seasonal fruits. From June, the 'Queen of Fruits,' mango, bathed in the early summer sun, takes center stage! We will offer a limited-time afternoon tea, parfaits, and drinks that allow you to fully enjoy mango. These adorable yellow-colored sweets, so vibrant on the table that you'll be spoilt for choice, are also recommended for those whose favorite color is yellow. Please enjoy a splendid tea time.

Featuring mango, with its melting sweetness and rich aroma, we have prepared a variety of sweets. Each dish combines fruits and herbs to maximize the deliciousness of the mango.
Our offerings include a soft sponge cake kneaded with mango paste, combined with chantilly cream, fresh mango, and kiwi for a delightful <Roll Cake>; a smooth <Mango Pudding> with the refreshing acidity of yogurt mousse and passion fruit & mango sauce as an accent; a <Tart> topped with fresh mango and blueberries, allowing you to savor the fruit's natural flavor; a light <Mousse> with layers of mango coulis and mint jelly inside mango mousse; and <Scones> with a pleasant texture from dried mango, finished with a deep flavor alongside homemade orange jam. Additionally, a visually stunning <Mini Parfait> with five layers, including refreshing champagne jelly, is also available. This lineup offers a delightful contrast of sweetness and acidity.

Mango & Passion Fruit Parfait

A luxurious parfait made with Miyazaki Prefecture mango and Hachioji City, Tokyo passion fruit. The melting sweetness of fresh mango and the refreshing acidity of passion fruit beautifully intertwine. This light and refreshing cold parfait, layered with mango ice cream, passion fruit sorbet, and jelly, is a perfect treat for the upcoming season.
Mango & Passion Fruit Lassi
Price: A la carte 2,300 yen

A lassi with the gentle sweetness of honey, made with an original recipe. It can be enjoyed as is, but mixing it with the Hachioji City passion fruit jelly hidden at the bottom of the glass allows you to enjoy a change in flavor. This is a dessert-like drink with mango fruit.
