Hotel Metropolitan Edmont (Location: Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Masaaki Kobayashi) will offer three limited lunch menus at its Japanese restaurant "Hirakawa" during the Golden Week period from Saturday, April 25, 2026, to Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (public holiday). During this period, guests can enjoy the popular "Shabu-shabu," usually only available for dinner, as a lunch option. Additionally, special menus featuring carefully selected ingredients by the chef, such as horse meat and maple salmon from Fukushima Prefecture, will be available. You can slowly savor each dish, enjoying the blissful flavors unique to "Edmont of Food," in a sophisticated sukiya-zukuri (tea-ceremony house style) space, while conversing with family and friends.
