Decorated with a realistic cherry mousse on top, the glass contains layers of cherry sorbet, rich Jersey milk ice cream, lychee jelly, and dark cherry compote. The flavors transition as you eat, offering a chic teatime experience for 3,100 yen (tax and service included) at the 'Coffee House The Cafe' on the first floor of the main building.
