Chef Katsuhiro Nakamura, Special Advisor and Honorary Executive Chef of Japan Hotel Association, the first Japanese to receive a Michelin star, has been invited. Chef Hitoshi Takahashi, the 3rd Executive Chef of Hotel Metropolitan Morioka, who studied under and inherited the techniques and passion of Chef Nakamura, and Chef Mikio Kano, the 4th Executive Chef, will collaborate for a one-night-only course meal expressing "Tradition" and "Evolution." Joined Morioka Terminal Hotel (now Morioka Terminal Building Co., Ltd.) in 1985. Studied under Chef Nakamura from 1991, and has been working at Hotel Metropolitan Morioka since 1995. After serving as chef in the restaurant and banquet departments, he became Head Chef of Western Cuisine and served as Executive Chef from 2016 to 2021. Katsuhiro Nakamura Special Advisor and Honorary Executive Chef, Japan Hotel Association Lifetime Honorary Chairman, Association of Recipients of the Order of Agricultural Merit of France, etc. Born in Kagoshima Prefecture.
