L'Oréal Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the world's largest cosmetics company, L'Oréal Group, announced that its Shinjuku headquarters office and Gotemba production plant have received 'The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA) GOLD Award 2026,' while its research and development hub, R&I Japan (Kawasaki City), has received the 'ROSPA Silver Award 2026.' This honor demonstrates L'Oréal Japan's continuous commitment to high standards for employee safety and health. The ROSPA Awards, organized by the UK-based Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, which has over 100 years of history, is one of the most internationally prestigious awards for occupational health and safety management systems. Jean-Pierre Charriton, President of L'Oréal Japan, commented, 'This achievement is the result of the efforts of all employees who have built up 'collaboration' across all departments and 'two-way communication' that reflects employee feedback.'
