## Course Overview

Building on this, the seminar will clarify the positioning of the medical insurance system (selective medical care, evaluated medical care, advanced medical technology, medical fees), and explain medical device insurance coverage categories, application procedures, challenge applications, and key points for preparing insurance application forms for each category.
Additionally, for insurance coverage procedures for new functional categories, the seminar will cover pricing methods (e.g., comparison with similar functional categories / cost calculation method), price adjustments, evaluations related to rapid insurance introduction, application forms and attachments, and case studies. Furthermore, practical issues such as calculation of technical fees, advanced medical technology and insurance coverage, and insurance coverage for SaMD will be addressed.
