Nihon Chozai to Raise Salary Levels in FY2026

Nihon Chozai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kazuki Oguriki) announced that it will implement a salary increase in fiscal year 2026 as part of its environmental improvements to ensure employees can live with peace of mind, taking into account recent price increases and requests from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Details of Salary Increase - Average of 6.5% (Average regular raise of 1.5% and average base pay increase of 5.0%. For regular and semi-regular employees) - Prioritization of allocation to younger and mid-career staff. - For contract employees and part-time employees, salary increases will be implemented in accordance with their contract types.

Eligible Employees - Regular employees, semi-regular employees, contract employees, part-time employees

Implementation Period - From April 2026 onwards
