(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sota Nakagawa; hereinafter "the Company"), which provides medical, nursing care, and childcare services nationwide, will begin offering the "MOM UP PARK*1," a support program for women during pregnancy and child-rearing operated by Tsukuba Wellness Research Co., Ltd. This initiative marks the full-scale launch of the new vision "For Kids, For Grown-ups, For All" for the Company's childcare service "Nichii Kids," and will target approximately 7,000 parents of enrolled children.
In collaboration with the "NISSAY Penguin Project," a child-rearing support initiative promoted by the Company's parent company, Nippon Life Insurance Company (Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka; President and CEO: Satoshi Asahi; hereinafter "Nippon Life"), we will provide support to help pre- and postpartum women maintain their mental and physical well-being and raise their children with a smile.

■ Evolving into a service that supports the well-being of not just children, but parents too
The environment surrounding parents who balance child-rearing and work is changing significantly, partly due to the increase in dual-income households. Meanwhile, parents in the child-rearing period face the challenge of finding enough time for their own health and self-care.
In October 2025, Nichii Kids established its new vision, "For Kids, For Grown-ups, For All." To bring smiles to the faces of children who hold the future, we aim to be a supportive presence for all "grown-ups" involved in child-rearing, including parents who work hard every day.
In this initiative, we will maximize the synergy of the Nippon Life Group and utilize "MOM UP PARK," for which Nippon Life is an official partner, to provide an online self-care program free of charge to parents using Nichii Kids. By offering self-care and learning opportunities that can be easily accessed from home, and by creating connections with other parents of the same generation, we will promote an environment where parents can confidently balance child-rearing and work. Through our childcare business, we will undertake initiatives that support the child-rearing generation and contribute to building a system where companies and society collaborate to support child-rearing.
■ Overview
We will provide an online self-care program to approximately 7,000 parents of children at Nichii Kids. The trial period will run for three months, from April 1 (Wed) to June 30 (Tue), 2026, during which we will verify the program's usage and its impact on parents' well-being. Based on the results, we will consider a full-scale implementation and service expansion at Nichii Kids.
