Nichii Kids' New Vision "Children and Adults, All Together" Fully Launched: Free Provision of Childcare Support Program "MOM UP PARK" to Approximately 7,000 Parents of Enrolled Children

Nichii Gakkan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Sota Nakagawa; hereinafter "the Company"), which provides medical, nursing care, and childcare services nationwide, will begin offering the "MOM UP PARK" program for free starting April 2026. "MOM UP PARK" (*1) is a support program for women during pregnancy and childcare, operated by Tsukuba Wellness Research Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Fumiya Kuno; hereinafter "Tsukuba Wellness Research").

This initiative marks the full launch of Nichii Kids' new vision, "Children and Adults, All Together," and targets approximately 7,000 parents of children enrolled in Nichii Kids.

In collaboration with the "NISSAY Penguin Project," a childcare support activity promoted by the Company's parent company, Nippon Life Insurance Company (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Asahi; hereinafter "Nippon Life"), we will provide support to help women maintain their physical and mental well-being during pregnancy and postpartum, enabling them to raise children with a smile.

**■ Towards a service that supports not only children but also the well-being of parents**

With the increase in dual-income households, the environment surrounding parents who balance childcare and work has changed significantly. Meanwhile, parents during the childcare period face the challenge of not being able to secure enough time for their own health and care.

Furthermore, Nichii Kids established a new vision, "Children and Adults, All Together," in October 2025. We aim to be a presence that can support not only children with a future but also all "adults" involved in childcare, including parents who strive daily to raise their children.

Through this initiative, we will maximize the synergy of the Nippon Life Group and utilize "MOM UP PARK," for which Nippon Life serves as an official partner, to provide online self-care programs free of charge to parents using Nichii Kids. By offering opportunities for self-care and learning that can be easily accessed from home, and by creating connections with other parents of the same generation, we will promote the creation of an environment where parents can balance childcare and work with peace of mind. We will contribute to building a system where companies and society collaborate to support childcare through our childcare business.

**■ Overview**

We will provide online self-care programs to approximately 7,000 parents of children enrolled in Nichii Kids. The trial period will be three months, from April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to June 30, 2026 (Tuesday), during which we will verify the program's utilization status and its impact on parents' well-being. Based on the results, we will proceed with considerations for full-scale implementation and service expansion at Nichii Kids.
