NICE Corporation Establishes New BPO Center in Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture

NICE Corporation (Headquarters: Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama City; President: Hironori Tsudo) has established a new base for its group company, NICE Business Support Inc. (Headquarters: Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture; President: Yasushi Yamaura), in Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture, to serve as a BPO center consolidating internal group operations. This action is taken based on the Shimane Prefecture Corporate Location Ordinance. On April 28th, a "Location Plan Certification Grant and Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony" was held at the Shimane Prefectural Office, where a memorandum concerning future cooperation towards creating employment opportunities was signed by the three parties: Shimane Prefecture, Yasugi City, and NICE Corporation.

Our group will henceforth work closely with Shimane Prefecture and Yasugi City to build an organizational structure centered on local hiring, further strengthening our support system for safe, secure, and sustainable housing construction.

Consolidation of Highly Specialized Operations

Since its establishment in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture in 2018, NICE Business Support Inc. has served as a BPO center, consolidating operations such as estimate creation, order processing, and design estimation within the group. The opening of this new center in Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture, aims to further strengthen our group's business foundation. By centralizing highly specialized operations, including design estimation, we will create employment opportunities in Yasugi City and contribute to regional revitalization.
