Crab-topped Rolled Omelet with Dashi A luxurious dish featuring Hokkaido crab generously poured over a fluffy rolled omelet with dashi. The umami of the crab and the flavor of the dashi combine to create a simple yet deeply satisfying taste that highlights the quality of the ingredients.
