NHN Techorus Launches AWS Services to Support AI Agent Adoption and Utilization

NHN Techorus Corporation, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, announced that it began offering “AWS AI Agent Utilization Support” and the “Amazon Quick Implementation Package” in April 2026. Drawing on the technical expertise and support experience it has built through its AWS comprehensive support service “C-Chorus,” NHN Techorus will provide integrated support from AI agent design and development through operations and improvement. Its “AWS AI Agent Utilization Support” centers on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and covers use case design, prototype development, performance validation, impact measurement, secure design based on OWASP Top 10 for LLM, production infrastructure setup, operational design, monitoring and improvement frameworks, and Well-Architected Framework assessments and recommendations based on the Generative AI Lens. The “Amazon Quick Implementation Package” helps companies complete initial Amazon Quick setup and data connections in a short period, enabling them to quickly start using AI. Amazon Quick is an AI application platform that enables natural-language data utilization and business automation. The package includes environment setup, data source connection, basic configuration, business-oriented user training, and optional support such as pre-implementation assessment, in-house enablement, and ongoing operational assistance. With these services, companies can use AI agents in areas such as automating internal inquiries with agents trained on internal FAQs and policies, automatically summarizing sales meeting content and reflecting it in CRM tools, generating customer support responses from knowledge bases and automating ticket handling, and integrating, visualizing, and analyzing multiple data sources through natural language. NHN Techorus will also hold related seminars, including a “Claude Code AI Coding Experience Workshop” on May 21, 2026, and an “AWS AI Agent Seminar” on June 4, 2026.
