NHK Culture Center will host this original blending workshop at two locations. In this course, participants will handle various ingredients and aromas to create a one-of-a-kind blend tailored to their preferences. The experts will share their profound knowledge and ways to enjoy Shichimi while exploring its hidden charms. This marks the debut of the event in the Kanto region, taking place on June 9th at the Kashiwa and Saitama Arena branches. There are no set recipes; instead, participants rely on their five senses to adjust the ratio until they reach their personal 'Golden Ratio.' Whether you want to emphasize aroma, increase the spicy tingle, or match a specific dish, you can craft your ideal blend. The completed Shichimi will be bagged on the spot, and participants will also receive a special collectible tin featuring the design of the main Yawataya Isogoro store.
