(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director & President: Hiroshi Kasugai) as of March 31, 2026, and that the share transfer has been completed. Through this share acquisition, ETERNAL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hoken Mishirabe Group.
