Background
With the spread of generative AI, more and more companies and sole proprietors are incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini into their daily operations. However, in many cases, the utilization is limited to individual tools, and they have not yet achieved overall business automation or the "organization" of AI by operating it for each role. The tasks that managers and small teams are responsible for, such as schedule management, customer support, SNS communication, document creation, and in-house tool development, are increasing year by year. However, hiring people incurs heavy fixed costs, and continuing to handle everything alone has its limits.
To address these challenges, our company has been practicing an "AI organization" that divides tasks by operating multiple AI agents with roles such as secretary, development, and marketing, utilizing OpenClaw.
Seminar Content
In this seminar, Mr. Kuroyama will introduce the specific design and operational know-how of how he actually deploys AI agents and incorporates them into company operations.
The main contents are as follows:
What is actually done with OpenClaw (secretary, development, marketing)
Role design for a solo president to run a company with 4 AI employees
Centralized management of in-house information using GitHub and methods for sharing with multiple agents
What to realistically worry about regarding OpenClaw security
Differences from Claude Code and how to use them effectively
Reasons why information management should be done before creating an AI organization
In addition, we will also touch upon our OpenClaw implementation support service and explain how to launch an AI organization that actually works on-site.
Achievements
Our company has been building and operating an AI organization using multiple Mac minis in-house, while also supporting over 30 companies as an AI consultant.
Our OpenClaw implementation support service has received a great response, with over 100 inquiries and implementation consultations in the past month alone. Reservations are currently full until mid-May.
In addition, a post on Facebook titled "A solo president hired 4 AI employees and the company started running" received a huge response, demonstrating the high level of interest in "AI organization" beyond just AI tool utilization.
Recommended for those who:
Are using AI tools but have not yet achieved overall business automation
Are interested in OpenClaw but do not have a clear image of its implementation
Have a Mac mini but are not fully utilizing it
Are managers or sole proprietors who want to expand their business alone or with a small team
Want to start utilizing AI agents but don't know where to start
Want to know the differences between Claude Code and OpenClaw and how to use them effectively
