**1. Role of Development Promoters**
Recruit Tokyo-based startup companies that develop new products and services utilizing 5G and next-generation communication technologies, and provide the necessary support for their development in collaboration with other business operators.
Each Development Promoter will support five or more Tokyo-based startup companies throughout the adoption period (up to three fiscal years).
**2. Support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government**
- Payment of agreement funds based on the achievement of KPIs set by the Development Promoter during the proposal and evaluation of business results (Agreement amount: up to 80 million yen in FY2026, up to 110 million yen/year in FY2027-28).
- Networking among Development Promoters, mentoring, study sessions, etc., conducted by an organizer (management office) commissioned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Applicants must be corporations, such as stock companies with legal personality in Japan, and have relationships with collaborating businesses, including telecommunications carriers.
