NEXST Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Takako Utsunomiya, hereinafter "the Company") has formed a business alliance with monoAI technology Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Yoshitaro Honjo, Securities Code: 5240, hereinafter "monoAI technology"), to jointly develop and launch the VR LIVE viewing app "Xmersive" and the digital photo card collection app "PhotoEX."

This initiative is a core project within the "NEXST" concept, a next-generation entertainment platform promoted by the Company that integrates VR, AI, and Web3. Its purpose is to create new fan experiences that highly merge the real and digital.

"Xmersive" is an application that provides an immersive VR live experience that goes beyond the conventional framework of live viewing. It achieves a sense of presence, as if a real artist is "right there," with 180-degree high-resolution VR video. It offers an experience like being in the front row of a live venue, all from the comfort of your home.
