Extraction Adventure 'ARC Raiders®' Receives "Flashpoint" Update

(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Jung-Heon Lee; TSE: 3659; hereinafter "Nexon"), a company engaged in the production and operation of online games, announced today, March 31, 2026 (Tuesday), that its consolidated subsidiary Embark Studios AB (Location: Stockholm, Kingdom of Sweden; CEO: Patrick Söderlund) has released the "Flashpoint" update for its PvPvE extraction adventure game 'ARC Raiders®'.

This update introduces a new type of map condition called "ARC Activity: Precision Reconnaissance." Players are tasked with destroying the "ARC Assetters" sent by the ARC to acquire crucial ARC parts needed for a new project starting today. This map condition also features a new ARC enemy, the "Vaporizer," and allows players to obtain blueprints for two new weapons.

Furthermore, system updates for the reliable companion "Scrappy" have also been implemented.

■ New Map Condition: "ARC Activity: Precision Reconnaissance"

The ARC has detected anomalies in an area where valuable items were dormant and has initiated large-scale operations. To conduct further investigation, the ARC has dispatched "ARC Assetters" and sent new ARC enemies, "Vaporizers," to the surrounding area. The dispatched "ARC Assetters" will drop valuable ARC parts essential for the success of the new project, "High-Gain Antenna." Players must navigate through the fierce attacks of the "Vaporizers," which act in groups, to acquire the ARC parts crucial for the project.

■ New ARC Enemy: "Vaporizer" Added

The new ARC enemy, "Vaporizer," has been added. "Vaporizers" act in groups and scorch the ground with powerful lasers, posing a significant threat. Cooperate with other players to defeat them.

■ New Weapons Added

Blueprints for new weapons, the "Energy Shotgun" and "Submachine Gun," have been added. These weapon blueprints can be obtained from the "ARC Activity: Precision Reconnaissance" map condition.

■ Player Project: "High-Gain Antenna" Commences

All players must cooperate to construct a "High-Gain Antenna" to monitor the ARC's large-scale operations. By collecting specified items on the surface and donating them, players can earn luxurious rewards such as Raider Tokens and in-game items.

■ Scrappy System Update

The reliable companion, "Scrappy," has received a system update. By feeding Scrappy specific food, players can somewhat control the types of items it brings back from expeditions. This allows for more efficient tasks such as collecting specific materials or completing missions. Additionally, players can now receive extra rewards based on the food given.

■ Other Major Updates

・The activity range of ARC "Shredder" has expanded from Stellamontis to all maps.

・The crafting screen has been updated to allow direct purchase and replenishment of insufficient materials.

・A new paid cosmetic pack, the "Wasp Hunter Set," has been released.
