Many Women Conscious of Diet for Beauty and Health?

Many women likely want to reconsider their daily meals for the sake of beauty and health. What we eat and how we consume it may affect the condition of our body and skin.

Therefore, we conducted a survey on 'Dietary and Nutritional Habits for Beauty and Health' targeting 200 women nationwide in collaboration with SajiOne.

Survey Overview: - Method: Internet questionnaire - Period: April 7 - April 17, 2026 - Target: Women nationwide - Valid Responses: 200

56.0% of Women Answered They are 'Conscious of Diet for Beauty or Health' First, we asked if they are conscious of their diet for beauty or health. Results showed 17.5% are 'very conscious' and 38.5% are 'somewhat conscious,' totaling 56.0%. Conversely, 24.5% are 'not very conscious' and 19.5% are 'not at all conscious.'

83.0% Say They 'Consume More Vegetables and Fruits' For those conscious of their diet, 'consuming more vegetables and fruits' was the most common habit at 83.0%, followed by 'consuming protein' (59.8%) and 'staying hydrated' (51.8%). Other habits included 'fermented foods' (41.1%), 'reducing sugar' (31.3%), and 'reducing fats' (29.5%).

68.7% Say They 'Consciously Consume Vitamin C' Regarding Vitamin C, 24.1% consume it 'every day' and 44.6% 'sometimes,' totaling 68.7% who take it consciously.
