■ 74.9% answered 'As I get older, I sometimes feel changes in my body'
First, we asked if they ever feel changes in their bodies as they age.

As a result, 'Yes' was 74.9% and 'No' was 25.1%.
The result shows that approximately 3 out of 4 women realize physical changes due to age.

Furthermore, we asked those who answered that they feel physical changes, what kind of changes they feel.

The most common was 'Easily fatigued' at 72.3%.
This was followed by 'Decreased metabolism' at 55.5% and 'Changes in body shape' at 52.6%.

It can be seen that as they age, many people realize not only changes in appearance but also daily fatigue and changes in the body's circulation.

■ 59.5% answered 'Taking no measures against physical changes'
Next, we asked those who feel physical changes if they are taking any measures.

As a result, 'Not taking measures' was 59.5% and 'Taking measures' was 40.5%.
The reality emerged that despite feeling the changes, about 60% of people have not been able to take concrete measures.

Furthermore, we asked those who answered they are taking measures, what kind of measures they are taking.

The most common was 'Walking' at 60.0%, followed by 'Stretching' at 50.0%.
Exercises that can be easily incorporated into daily life occupied the top spots.

Measures related to food, such as 'Improving diet' (34.3%) and 'Taking supplements' (31.4%), also exceeded 30%. 'Strength training' (21.4%) and 'Reviewing sleep' (20.0%) were also around 20%, showing an awareness of reviewing the whole lifestyle, not just exercise.

Also, those who answered 'Yoga / Pilates' were 11.4%.
