With the concept of "Inspiring you one step ahead," the program will begin its new format with Hikaru Shinohara and Kasumi Mori starting Monday, April 6, 2026.

Since its renewal last year, with the concept of "Inspiring you one step ahead," the program has continued to deliver new insights and hints for business people in both their work and personal lives. With the start of the new fiscal year, the program will transition to a new structure. Kasumi Mori will continue as an MC, while Kenjiro Yamashita will graduate from the program at the end of March 2026.
