The company will provide a marriage allowance of NT$30,000 for employees' own marriage. If both newlyweds are employed at Fubon Financial or its subsidiaries, they can receive a total of NT$60,000 in marriage allowances. If an employee's child gets married, the employee will receive an additional NT$6,000 allowance.
