Employee Benefits Upgraded! Fubon Financial Increases Marriage Allowance to NT$30,000 and Extends Red Envelopes to Employees' Children

To support employees' family needs at different life stages, Fubon Financial (2881-TW) announced on August 1, 2026, the enhancement of its marriage allowance policy and its extension to employees' children. The company will provide a marriage allowance of NT$30,000 for employees' own marriage. If both newlyweds are employed at Fubon Financial or its subsidiaries, they can receive a total of NT$60,000 in marriage allowances. If an employee's child gets married, the employee will receive an additional NT$6,000 allowance.
