Additionally, Ikuko Umemoto, who served as Representative Director of Life Works, has been appointed as an advisor as of the same date, and will leverage her accumulated expertise to enhance the value of the entire group.

Background

NEWONE has, until now, advocated the principle of "Engagement for everyone to thrive," and has been engaged in transforming individuals' mindsets and improving relationships through organizational reform centered on engagement improvement support.
