"Kizuku Work Experience" is a work experience program organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, aiming for students to "discover" the appeal of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By providing opportunities for work experience at SMEs, it promotes students' understanding of companies from an early stage.
Students can select programs from seven themes closely related to daily life and participate in work experiences at three related companies.

## Netsys Japan Supporting the Tourism Industry
Netsys Japan participated as one of the companies in the program titled "[Cultivate Social Perspective and Problem-Solving Skills] A program to learn about the diverse jobs in the hotel and tourism industry and hone communication skills through problem-solving workshops."
In this program, students, who are usually in the position of "users," deepened their understanding of the feelings and challenges of those working in the tourism industry, as well as the IT solutions that address them.
Furthermore, we provided an opportunity to think from the perspective of service providers about realizing comfortable accommodation experiences and smooth facility operations. Through this shift in perspective, the program allowed students to experience the charm and rewards of working in the tourism industry.
