(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshiaki Maeda) on July 1, 2026 (Wed.) and the transition to the organizational structure of NTT Docomo Financial Group, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Takashi Hiroi)*2, there has been a change in its parent company, with Docomo Financial Group becoming the new parent company and principal shareholder of Sumishin SBI Net Bank. This business restructuring and organizational transition were carried out with the aim of responding swiftly and flexibly to changes in the business environment within the financial domain, promoting further business growth, and strengthening the governance structure against financial risks.
