Against the backdrop of recent changes in the interest rate environment, customer interest in home loan refinancing is increasing. In light of this situation, SBI Sumishin Net Bank will implement a campaign offering a special rate for the administrative handling fee at the time of refinancing for customers who apply for 【Flat 35】 refinancing (purchase type) via the web.

In addition to the feature of 【Flat 35】 with a fixed interest rate for the entire period, ensuring future repayment amounts remain unchanged, reducing the initial cost burden at the time of refinancing allows more customers to consider reviewing their home loans with peace of mind.

Overview

During the campaign period, customers who apply for a preliminary screening for 【Flat 35】 refinancing (purchase type only) via our website or app and successfully obtain a loan will be eligible for a reduced administrative handling fee of "0.99% (tax included)" from the usual "2.2% (tax included) of the loan amount."

The minimum administrative handling fee is 110,000 yen (tax included).

【Loan Execution Deadline】 Until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)

• This campaign is conducted by SBI Sumishin Net Bank.

• This campaign is applicable to customers who apply for 【Flat 35】 refinancing (purchase type) via the website or app during the eligible period and successfully receive a loan.

• All fees are stated including consumption tax. The amount may differ from the stated amount as it is calculated based on the applicable tax rate at the time of the procedure, added to our prescribed amount.

• In addition to the administrative handling fee, other various expenses will be incurred for home loan refinancing.

• Depending on the interest rate conditions and repayment period after refinancing, the total repayment amount may increase compared to before refinancing.

• Some branches do not support 【Flat 35】 applications. Please note that even customers who already have an account may not be able to apply for this campaign. Thank you for your understanding.

• The content of this campaign may be changed, extended, or canceled without prior notice.
