About Neorex's Meal Allowance System
In response to this system revision, our meal allowance system has also been expanded from 3,500 yen to 7,500 yen per month.
The meal allowance system is known as a system that leads to an improvement in the actual take-home pay of employees by utilizing the tax exemption framework. In addition, our company positions the meal allowance as a system that also contributes to the health promotion of members.
Our meal allowance system started triggered by a review of the bento boxes ordered by the company (in 2024). As a result of selecting tastier and healthier bento boxes, the costs increased, but the company started this system out of a desire to work on promoting member health.
With this expansion, we expect more members to utilize this system, leading to better health.
