Neo Career Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryoichi Nishizawa), a comprehensive human resource services company, has established a new value proposition for its specialized caregiver staffing and placement service, 'Nice! Kaigo.' This is based on its achievement of supporting 120,000 job placements since the service began in 2012, to meet the diverse work style needs of job seekers.

Background and History
Since its launch in 2012, Nice! Kaigo has expanded to approximately 50 branches nationwide and has created 120,000 job opportunities.
Meanwhile, Japan continues to face a worsening shortage of care personnel due to its aging population. According to estimates by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare*1, the required number of care personnel will reach approximately 2.4 million in FY2026 and 2.72 million in FY2040. The effective job-to-applicant ratio in the care sector is 3.97, significantly higher than the all-occupation average of 1.16.
Amidst this situation, through our support to date, we have strongly recognized the importance of not only securing personnel but also 'creating an environment where each individual can continue to work with satisfaction.'
Based on this recognition, a survey we conducted*2 to understand job seeker needs revealed that 'a wide variety of work style options' (60.2%) and 'job proposals that respect their wishes' (56.9%) were the top factors job seekers look for in a recruitment service. Additionally, about 60% use multiple services, indicating a growing trend of comparing and selecting workplaces that match their preferences. Similarly, at Nice! Kaigo*3, 'job proposals that respect their wishes' (45.7%) and 'a wide variety of work style options' (31.8%) were highly rated, suggesting that our facility network and matching know-how meet job seeker needs.
While possessing these strengths, we also faced the challenge of not fully communicating their value. Therefore, looking ahead to our 15th year of service, we have clarified and redefined our value proposition as 'guiding each job seeker's ideal into a satisfying form.'
Going forward, we will continue to support everything from realizing their 'wants' before employment to providing peace of mind after employment, aiming to be the service of choice for job seekers, while contributing to resolving the shortage of care personnel and revitalizing the industry.

Established Value Proposition
'Making your 'wants' a reality with abundant choices and solid negotiating power.'
Under this value proposition, Nice! Kaigo aims to create satisfying employment opportunities and realize diverse work styles by catering to the wishes of each job seeker.
Future Outlook
In the future, in addition to improving the accuracy of proposals based on job seekers' wishes, we will strengthen matching that considers the workplace environment and compatibility, and enhance our follow-up system after employment. We will also promote an environment where a diverse range of personnel can confidently participate and thrive long-term in the care industry by enhancing re-employment support for those with past work experience and enriching our friend referral system. Furthermore, we aim to expand our market share in the caregiver staffing domain by enhancing our support systems in each area.
Comment from the Head of 'Nice! Kaigo'
'In my experience supporting care personnel, I have felt that behind the issue of labor shortage lies the aspect of 'not finding a work style that suits them.'
As Japan's population continues to age, I believe it is crucial to present work styles that accommodate each individual's wishes and lifestyle, and to create an environment where they can work long-term with satisfaction, in order to increase the number of care personnel.
Nice! Kaigo has always made proposals that are close to the job seekers, leveraging its network with facilities nationwide and its understanding of the field. From now on, under the newly established value proposition, we will further strengthen job proposals that align with job seekers' wishes, expand the base of care personnel, and contribute to resolving the labor shortage in the entire industry.'
