2. NeedsWell's Sales Strategy Utilizing 'Tsunagi AI'
'Tsunagi AI' (*1) is a generative AI agent platform that connects people, business data, and AI to support the optimization of corporate operations. With its no-code and low-code mechanisms, even front-line staff without specialized IT skills can independently promote AI utilization tailored to their operations.
Furthermore, based on the premise of operation in Japan, it ensures the security levels required by Japanese companies, including role and authority management and support for audit logs. It can be utilized in combination with various RPA tools, including WinActor (*2), enabling more advanced automation while leveraging existing RPA assets.
NeedsWell will strengthen its comprehensive AI solution development, including support for 'Tsunagi AI' implementation, PoC support, and ongoing support until operational establishment, as well as peripheral services.
