Zeroichi Seisaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture; Representative Director: Hideo Hosaka; hereinafter 'Zeroichi Seisaku'), a subsidiary of Needswell Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hajime Matsuoka), is pleased to announce that it has signed a distributor agreement for 'SotaAgents,' an enterprise-specialized AI agent platform developed by SOTATEK JAPAN INC. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masafumi Tanaka; hereinafter 'SOTATEK JAPAN').

1. Background
In recent years, in the domain of field operations such as the construction industry, digitalization utilizing point cloud data, location information, and various sensor data has been advancing. Meanwhile, the importance of creating mechanisms to utilize acquired data practically, linking it to management, judgment, and operation, is increasing.

On the other hand, as the sophistication of field data utilization progresses, there is a demand for more advanced functions, including analysis, change detection, anomaly symptom extraction, and judgment assistance, beyond mere data acquisition and visualization.

Under these circumstances, Zeroichi Seisaku has provided comprehensive support from the establishment of on-site IT environments to data utilization. This includes system development for field sites using point cloud data (*1), GNSS (*2), and IoT sensors (*3), as well as providing terminal rentals, communication environments including SIMs, and kitting.

To leverage the knowledge regarding these technologies that Zeroichi Seisaku has cultivated as a strength and to advance broader and more sophisticated system proposals and development, Zeroichi Seisaku has signed a distributor agreement for 'SotaAgents,' an enterprise-specialized AI agent platform developed by SOTATEK JAPAN.

SOTATEK JAPAN has bases in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka as the Japanese subsidiary of Sota Holdings, which operates globally based in Vietnam.
Sota Holdings is an IT company with over 1,500 engineers, handling a wide range of technical domains such as AI, infrastructure, system development, blockchain, and machine learning, and provides full-cycle IT services to customers in 21 countries worldwide.

*1 Point Cloud Data: Digital data that represents objects and environments in 3D space with countless points.
*2 GNSS: Global Navigation Satellite System. A system for measuring current positions on the ground using artificial satellites.
*3 IoT Sensor: A device that connects to the internet to collect and manage information. Light sensors, distance sensors, pressure sensors, etc.

2. Proposal and Development Areas to be Enhanced Moving Forward
Utilizing 'SotaAgents,' Zeroichi Seisaku will strengthen its proposal and development structure primarily in the following areas.

(1) Advanced system proposals utilizing field data
Based on field data acquired through point cloud data, GNSS, IoT sensors, etc., we will advance proposals for more sophisticated systems that include analysis, change comprehension, anomaly symptom extraction, and judgment assistance.

(2) Expansion of system development areas for field sites
In addition to conventional system development for the construction sector, we will advance compatibility with broader configurations and requirements for various systems premised on the utilization of field data.

(3) Integrated proposals of terminals, communication, applications, and cloud
By combining the terminal rentals, SIM provision, and kitting for field sites that Zeroichi Seisaku has traditionally deployed, we will strengthen field-implementation proposals that integrate terminals, communications, applications, and the cloud.

(4) Enhancement of operational support utilizing acquired data
Beyond mere implementation, we will provide support with a view toward operations where acquired data can be continuously utilized, advancing proposals tailored to the business contents and site requirements of each customer.

3. Future Outlook
Moving forward, in addition to system development for field sites utilizing point cloud data, GNSS, IoT sensors, etc., Zeroichi Seisaku will advance proposals that include AI-driven analysis, detection, and judgment assistance, thereby aiming for a higher level of field data utilization than ever before.
