Nomura Trust & Banking Digitizes Document Submission with nCino Platform Expansion

nCino K.K. announced that Nomura Trust & Banking has expanded its banking platform to include a web-based document submission feature. This expansion utilizes the nCino Customer Portal to digitize loan-related document exchanges, which were previously handled via mail or email. The new feature allows customers to submit additional documents online seamlessly, reducing administrative burdens and operational risks for both staff and clients. Initially launched for individual customers, the bank plans to extend this capability to corporate clients in the future to further streamline its digital loan operations.
