Lineage2M Implements "REQUIEM: Sword Dance that Commands the Battlefield" Update! Introduces "Class Reboot: Dual Sword" and New Content "Mimir's Laboratory"!

■ "REQUIEM: Sword Dance that Commands the Battlefield" Update Implemented!

[Summary]
On May 27, the "REQUIEM: Sword Dance that Commands the Battlefield" update was implemented.
In the "Class Reboot: Dual Sword," adjustments were made to make the class fight more like a berserker, such as changing some active skills to passive skills. The Adept skill "Sonic Slash," Rare skill "Double Slash," and Heroic skill "Triple Slash" were rebooted and renamed to the Rare skill "Spin Slash" and Heroic skill "Laser Slash." By changing them from active to passive skills, damage now occurs in response to the character's normal attacks even when skills cannot be used.
The Rare skill "Dance of Warrior," Heroic skill "Dance of Fury," and Legendary skill "Dance of Might," which grant buff effects to the party, were also rebooted. "Dance of Fury" and "Dance of Might" were changed to passive skills that enhance "Dance of Warrior," simplifying the buff activation process. The buff effect was also changed to stack up to 3 times and activate upon a successful attack.
Furthermore, from after the regular maintenance on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, until before the regular maintenance on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, a "FREE Class Change" event will be held in all worlds. Players can change their class using a special item obtained with Adena. In the "Origin World," characters level 60 or higher can use it once per account, and in the "Reserve World," characters level 40 or higher can use it twice per account.

The new content "Mimir's Laboratory" is a weekly PvE content where players cooperate to defeat a boss monster within a time limit.
Characters level 70 or higher can participate, forming a raid party of 1 to 8 players through a dedicated recruitment system.
Even if a challenge fails, it can be re-attempted multiple times. There are two difficulty levels: "Normal," where the only goal is to defeat the boss monster, and "Challenge," which includes various mechanics. The more difficult "Challenge" mode offers more luxurious rewards than "Normal." "Mimir's Laboratory" has a season pass that lasts for 8 weeks, and the final reward for the current season pass includes the new Rare mount "Royal Bloom Rex."

Additionally, the first Mythic class skin, "True Death Knight," will be added. "True Death Knight" possesses the exclusive skills "True Death Knight Cursed Force" and "True Death Knight Ignition."
"True Death Knight Ignition," upon a successful attack, has a chance to deal powerful damage to the target and apply debuffs that increase incoming damage and reduce defense. Furthermore, if the target's HP is below a certain threshold, it also has a chance to apply a debuff that prevents them from using return/teleport.
In addition, 2 new Legendary, 3 Heroic, 2 Rare, and 1 Adept class skins have been added.

■ [Reserve] Added Awakening "Nevit" to increase "Accuracy" and "Defense"! "Server Invasion" schedule also changed!

In this update, Awakening "Nevit" was added to the "Reserve World," and the format of the "Server Invasion" was changed.
Awakening "Nevit" allows players to use Awakening Points to raise its level, thereby increasing stats such as "Accuracy" and "Defense."
The "Server Invasion" schedule has been changed to Tuesdays and Thursdays. The boss monster appearing in the "Server Invasion" has also been changed to "Tyrant."

[Summary]
During the period, an attendance reward event, "INTERLUDE Coupon," will be held where players can obtain various INTERLUDE coupons. Characters level 60 or higher can open the attendance reward by spending 527 Adena.
In the "Origin World," players can obtain "INTERLUDE Master Coupon: Class" on day 1, "INTERLUDE Coupon: Class Promotion" on day 9, "INTERLUDE Master Coupon: Agathion" on day 17, "INTERLUDE Coupon: Content Agathion Crafting" on day 21, and "INTERLUDE Coupon: Transcendent Mythic Class" on day 28.
In the "Reserve World," players can obtain "INTERLUDE Master Coupon: Class" on day 1, "INTERLUDE Coupon: Class" on day 9, "INTERLUDE Coupon: Agathion" on day 17, "INTERLUDE Coupon: Content Agathion Crafting" on day 21, and "INTERLUDE Coupon: Class Promotion" on day 28.
Depending on the number of attendance days, players can also acquire various class and agathion acquisition tickets, "Intermediate Awakening Potion (Engraved)," "Greater Mount Acquisition Ticket (11x) (Event)," and more.
